PRICES

The total cost of your study period with us depends on your requirements. There are three components to consider when calculating the costs:

1) Duration and intensity of your study period (number of weeks, hours per day, group or individual classes)

2) Your choice of accommodation (please see accommodation page)

3) Your choice of location

Plus a $30 enrollment fee for all programs which goes directly to help children organizations (in addition we donate 10% of our profits to children, enviroment, and educational programs in Ecudor).

The 3 components are detailed below. To calculate the total cost of your desired study combination simply add the 3 components below corresponding to your choices to the $30 registration fee.

You may also choose to combine locations. To calculate the total price simply add the components corresponding to the locations of your choice.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS POLICY

Please read the following carefully. If you have any questions regarding the policy please do not hesitate to contact us either by phone or email.

1. Payment can be made with travellers cheques, in cash, or by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards. However, cash withdrawals from all major credit cards can be readily made in Quito banks and ATMs found throughout the city. We do not encourage you to carry large amouts of cash.

2. We don't ask you to pay your fees in advance, but if you wish to do a bank transfer we will give you a 5% discount; every little bit helps!

3. You will pay your fees (this includes tuition and accommodation) in full, on or before your arrival in Quito, or the first day of study.

4. Please note: if you are not sure about how long you want to study for, please tell us when you register for a course, and tell us you wish to pay weekly. This applies only for mainland programs, and is not possible for the Galapagos where you must pay in full beforehand.

5. If you register for a course then change your mind before arriving in Ecuador, there is no cost for cancellation, with the exception of the Galapagos. This is due to the high administrative costs of organizing the program.

Finalmente volví a Inglaterra. Le agradezco por haber organizado mis viajes y mis estudios con mucha paciencia. Las 6 semanas en Ecuador
fueron unas de las más interesantes de mi vida.

I can whole heartedly recommend your language school Instituto Superior de Español. The concept of learning Spanish while travelling
is superb and your organizational talent in working out individual itineraries is admirable! For some spoilt visitors from rich countries
it might be hard to fit in with an Ecuadorian family, but it gives a unique opportunity to learn more about the country than the superficial impressions usually granted to tourists.

Many thanks to you, your team and the host families for the courtesy, patience and good humor which made my trip so enjoyable!

I can also recommend the very friendly and comfortable jungle lodge and rafting or kayaking excursions who's safety standards were better
than some European organizations I have encountered.

hello
after spending 3 weeks with the "instituto superior"-one week Quito, one week Otavalo and one week jungle, I can confirm that the instituto real is superior. all three teachers were great, the guest families were "amable", food was real good and there were lot of possibilities to practice the Spanish I learned in the clases.
the jungle was one of the highlights of my 7 weeks in Ecuador.
Besides the Spanish lessons the "instituto" organized the excursion to the "Islas Galapagos". here as well everything worked out well and the "flamingo", the boat the school booked for me was the perfect choice. it is a rather small ship with only 10 passenger all together, which allows to be flexible with the itinerary and the atmosphere is much more personal than on the bigger ships (and it is comparably cheap as well.) all in all I can recommend the instituto superior without any reservations !!
